Acting Chair, Michael Scott opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m NOTICE OF INTENT – Lots 5-6 Bullard Estates Subdivision Casa Builders – Kenneth Strom recused himself from the hearing, with only three Commission members remaining there was not a quorum to proceed and the hearing was continued to August 1, 2012.
NOTICE OF INTENT 75-79 Reservoir Street, Val’s Restaurant Valerie James
The Applicant requested a continuance to the August 1, 2012 meeting to address Town Staff comments.
Notice of Intent Amendment -274 Bailey Road DEP #183-553 Jean Brunter Existing Order for Septic System Repair - Amendment to include new well. This was a previously approved Order for the installation of a septic system. The system is currently being installed and the Applicant has requested to install a well within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland. The trenches are located in disturbed area and there is existing erosion controls in place. Ken Strom made a motion that the inclusion of the well was an insignificant change, Luke Boucher seconded the motion, 4-0 all in favor.
Kenneth Strom made a motion to adjourn, Mike Scott seconded the motion, the motion passed 4-0, all in favor. The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 1, 2012
The June 27, 2012 meeting minutes were approved on August 1, 2012.
